ATLANTA -- Authorities arrested a woman Thursday afternoon who they said left her child alone in a vehicle while shopping at the Edgewood Retail District.
Atlanta Police said the child was discovered in the backseat of a white BMW in the Target parking lot around 3 p.m. on Thursday afternoon.
