Carver, Atlanta enjoying a special season

ATLANTA, Ga -- Last season's 2-8 record was the low point of Darren Myles tenure as Head Football Coach at Carver, Atlanta. But it was what happened after last season that planted some seeds for this fall's success.

Myles says his team went right back to work with a promise to make 2012 better. The spring and summer months saw them traveling to play a series if 7 on 7 tournaments. It was a chance for the team to bond and grow. The Panthers learned about the game of football and they learned about each other.

The result has been a season that, to this point, has been perfect in every way. Only Washington and Grady stand in the way of Carver claiming a mythical City of Atlanta Championship, but the Panthers look to have higher goals.
